New roads paved, building plots being numbered & fenced as per the Ilha do Guajiru´s official Masterplan.

BEACHLIFE Real Estate, the majority owner of land at Ilha do Guajirú, who created the island’s Official Masterplan (etapa I) which became formal at the end of Feb. 2008, has meanwhile finished the paving of various new roads and the numbering & fencing of all plots.

Writing this at the beginning of June, the last fencing is expected to finish by end June 2008.

We received some photo’s which you can see next to this text, they were taken beginning June.

On the island, all building plots (numbered and fenced) can now easily be found!

Beachlife also, in order to create the right tropical atmosphere, has arranged all roads to become “decorated” by empty coconut shells, additionally obstructing the wind to start carrying sand.

All fences have been made out of natural wooden sticks, not everywhere too straight, to make sure Ilha do Guajirú stays the beautiful Ecological Paradise for which it is famous!
