Restaurant Lá em Casa is a brand new restaurant, located in Itarema.

Here, the formula is a buffet, or join what the kitchen serves that day, which is good and basic and very good value for your money.

Sit down, have a drink and a chat, and don’t be surprised if you become surrounded by various locals who wonder “where are you from”.

Expect meat, rice or potatoes and basic vegetables such as carrots, paprika, tomato, onion or beans, all, ofcourse, with served with some ice cold coke or beer, delicious!

The restaurant is small, basically a kitchen opened by true locals, with little fancyness etc. but that’s especially why it’s so nice.

It’s located on the road from the centre of Itarema to Acarau, only appr. 500 meter on your left hand side after you hit the main road of Itarema, which runs through the town.

It’s small, so drive slowly, and you will find it.
